feat(binding): add support for encoding.UnmarshalText in uri/query binding

* Fix ClientIP calculation by concatenating all RemoteIPHeaders values

* test: used http.MethodGet instead constants and fix lints

* lint error fixed

* Refactor ClientIP X-Forwarded-For tests
